Private Assets Summit 2023
You’re invited to join Citywire’s Private Assets Retreat, taking place November 2 and 3 at the Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale!
Market volatility and inflation have made alternatives top of mind for many analysts, and sparked new searches across the asset class.
That’s why we're bringing together top asset management firms to present their alternative strategies, and to explain the ways they’re exploiting opportunities in the private asset realm.
During the day-and-a-half long event, analysts will get the chance to sit down with 10 fund managers and grill them alongside their manager research peers.
But it’s not all meetings; the event also features stellar keynote speakers as well as plenty of time to network with fellow due diligence experts from across the country!
Analysts will be joining us from the global and regional private banks, independent-broker dealers, wirehouses, family offices and RIAs from around the country.
As a reminder, all travel to Fort Lauderdale and accommodation for two nights at the Four Seasons is covered by Citywire.
We hope to see you there!

The Infrastructure Super Cycle: 'The Three Ds'
Infrastructure is a booming asset class in the midst of a super cycle, and opportunities are opening up for individual investors—but what does infrastructure really entail and how can advisors use it to help their clients? We discuss the three main themes that we believe will continue to drive significant investment opportunity for decades to come: Digitalization, Decarbonization and Deglobalization.
• Key market infrastructure trends informed by Brookfield’s $161B global infrastructure platform
• The benefits of private infrastructure,
• Why advisors should be allocating to infrastructure this year
Company Profile: Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions delivers to private wealth investors, in partnership with their financial advisors, the unparalleled alternative investment expertise of Brookfield Asset Management and Oaktree Capital Management
We offer real asset and credit strategies, across public and private markets and the liquidity spectrum, that are built on a history of investment excellence, integrity, and an alignment of values.
We aim to deliver the highest-quality investing solutions, insights, and specialized support to help advisors serve the unique investment goals and time horizons of each investor.
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES
All investing involves risk. The value of an investment will fluctuate over time, and an investor may gain or lose money, or the entire investment. Past performance is no guarantee of future results
REITs investing risks are similar to those associated with direct investments in real estate: property value fluctuations, lack of liquidity, limited diversification and sensitivity to economic factors such as interest rate changes and market recessions

Through our inhouse institutional private equity business, Portfolio Advisors & FS Investments are providing US mid-market PE exposure in a more operationally friendly way for clients. Our presentation will address the challenges within PE, overall market commentary, and ways to access the asset class for investors.
Discuss the overall PE investment environment.
