Global High Yield – A Strategic Allocation in an Uncertain World
The recent spike in volatility stemming from the changes in U.S. tariff policy provides a catalyst for investors to re-examine their asset allocation. Global high yield has fared comparatively well against other risk assets this year—and it has also been a stalwart portfolio allocation in recent years, providing an attractive risk-adjusted total return that has outpaced many other segments of the fixed income markets. What is behind this outperformance? And what are the prospects for the asset class going forward?
In our Global High Yield roundtable, we will examine Europe’s contributions as a driver of outperformance, how it’s positioned in a more fractured global environment, and discuss why the asset class merits consideration in diversified portfolios as a long-term strategic allocation.

Options-Based Income Strategies with Global X ETFs
The presentation will discuss how investors can balance risk and return in their portfolios using Covered Call ETFs and Buffer ETFs. Covered Call ETFs involve holding a portfolio of stocks while selling call options on those stocks to generate extra income. This strategy provides upside potential with some downside protection but limits significant gains. Buffer ETFs, on the other hand, provide a defined "buffer" against market declines by using options to protect against losses up to a certain percentage, offering downside protection while still participating in market gains.
Workshop Objectives: The objective of the workshop is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Covered Call and Buffer ETFs, including their strategies, benefits, and risks.
Company Profile: Global X ETFs was founded in 2008. For more than 15 years, our mission has been empowering investors with unexplored and intelligent solutions.
