Prior to his role as CEO, Matt spent 15 years guiding the firm’s key strategic initiatives, most notably mergers and acquisitions, positioning the firm for continued scale. Committed to a fiduciary standard, Matt prioritizes a client-first culture while driving innovation, operational excellence, and disciplined growth across the organization.Matt has been featured in Financial Planning Magazine, Barron’s, InvestmentNews, Citywire, Financial Advisor IQ, and Forbes, among other publications. She currently serves on the boards of StubHub (NYSE: STUB), TIFIN AG, and Longmark Group, and on the advisory board of the Langston Wealth Management Center at UT Austin’s McCombs School of Business. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at American Express and McKinsey & Company.
