DAY 1 | 5:00PM - 5:40PM

DAY 2 - September 30
Keynote
DAY 2 | 8:00AM - 8:40AM
Tony Kim, Head of BlackRock's Fundamental Equities Global Technology team shares insight into the current state of AI. He addresses the questions investors are asking, for example is this a bubble, is the capex justified, and where is the ROI?
Drawing on original research and direct access to the companies building the AI stack, Tony will map where value is accruing today and where he expects it to migrate next, from compute and infrastructure toward models, applications and physical AI.
He will address the concerns most likely to be on the minds of the room, including overextended valuations, circular financing among the AI labs, the gap between state-of-the-art capability and real end-user adoption, and the competitive threats from overseas, as well as explain why the underlying growth data doesn't yet indicate a plateau.
For CEOs allocating on behalf of clients, the session offers a framework for separating durable competitive advantage from narrative, and for judging which companies are scaling AI versus which remain in pilot mode.
How to maximize your marketing dollars
DAY 2 | 8:50AM - 9:30AM
Evaluate recent efforts to scale RIA brands, analyzing what works, what doesn't, and how to most efficiently deploy your growth capital.
The role of the CEO in a professionalized industry
DAY 2 | 9:30AM - 10:10AM
Explore what happens when firms originally defined and controlled by their founders grow into more mature businesses and how CEOs of institutional-class RIAs can lead effectively when their name isn't on the door.
Sustainable acquisition strategies
DAY 2 | 10:20AM - 11:00AM
Learn how to identify high-value M&A opportunities and maintain highly effective relationships with investment bankers.
The CEO summit of 2031
DAY 2 | 11:00AM - 11:40AM
The top questions on RIAs' minds right now revolve around AI, hiring and M&A. What will we be debating five years from now? Our panel of CEOs will put on their thinking caps and try to forecast the major industry-level trends we'll be consumed by in the future.

Keynote

What does a downturn look like?
DAY 1 | 5:00PM - 5:40PM

Humanity Labs
Humanity Labs gives wealth management firms an AI Workforce that makes growth profitable. In a people-based business, serving more clients means hiring more people, so cost scales with revenue. The AI Workforce breaks that trap. It works inside the systems your team already runs and delivers done work across the front, middle, and back office, while your people stay focused on the decisions that matter. Every job it runs writes into one shared memory, building the firm's Organizational General Intelligence (OGI) so it gets smarter as it grows. The result is the Firm of the Future: a firm that serves more clients and grows without adding cost at the same rate. Humanity Labs works with some of the world's leading wealth management firms, which together oversee more than $750 billion in client assets, and is backed by leading venture firms including Google Ventures and Vestigo Ventures.

Grad began his career in technology as an entrepreneur, where over more than a decade he launched five startups, buried three, sold two, and kept his family fed throughout.
Grad has been a contrarian since childhood, which earned him regular beatings in the schoolyard and, in adulthood, the LinkedIn equivalent. In an age that finally rewards thinking differently, he feels vindicated by several decades of never agreeing with anybody. What keeps the beatings coming is that he still doesn't know when to shut up: He's written more than 1.4 million words rattling cages and testing patience at his blog, Copernican Shift (copernicanshift.com), home of his D3C framework for how buyers actually buy.
Grad describes himself as an enthusiastic pickleballer and an adequate CMO. He plays golf well enough on the eighteenth hole to keep coming back for the other seventeen.

Grad Conn
CMO — New York, NY
Grad Conn is proud to be Chief Marketing Officer at Humanity Labs, The AI Workforce Company™. Grad was previously CMO at several companies in the AI, SaaS, and blockchain space, including Sprinklr (took public on the NYSE), Pendo, PROS, Ava Labs, and Points.com (took public on the TSX). He is also a recovering Microsoftie, having spent twelve years in Redmond, the last seven as CMO for Microsoft USA.
