Jorge Felippe
Mr. Jorge Felippe is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Almulla Capital. He also serves as a board member and member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Jorge has over 20 years of experience in private equity, consulting, and industry across Europe, the Middle East, Brazil, and Asia. He built substantial capabilities in leading organisations through operational improvements and portfolio management.
Mr. Jorge holds a leadership role as a partner at Bridge Capital. He is also a former senior member of the investment team of Mizuho Gulf Capital, Principal at Ashmore PE, and Strategy Director of British Gas, with prior experience in consulting at BCG and marketing with P&L responsibility at P&G and Reckitt Benckiser.
Mr. Jorge graduated from London Business School with an MBA. He also holds two bachelors from FGV and University of Sao Paulo in business and advertising respectively. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Manuel Rogl
Manuel Rogl is a Deputy Director at JIMCO, the global investment arm of the Jameel family, having joined in 2018. He previously worked in the structuring group of UniCredit CIB and as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank.
Manuel holds a Master of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, and a Master of Science in Finance and Information from University of Augsburg, Germany.
He is also a CAIA charter holder.

High income and opportunistic investments across private credit
Explore current opportunities across private credit in both liquid and more illiquid markets. Mr.Rajagopal will discuss how senior secured loans of performing companies can provide attractive floating-rate income while benefitting from structural downside mitigants and daily liquidity options, with particular emphasis on the present macroeconomic considerations. Additionally, the presentation will discuss the expanded opportunity in distressed credit & special situations within small capitalization companies for investors seeking equity like returns with a mitigated risk profile. The conversation will discuss opportunities across developed markets such as the US and Europe and the relative merits of each.

Raman is a Senior Client Portfolio Manager for Invesco’s global private credit platform, which includes capabilities across broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, direct lending, and distressed credit.
Raman joined the organization in 2016. Prior to this role, he has held roles focusing on private markets asset classes as well as in corporate strategy. Before joining the firm, he was a management consultant with Accenture, where he concentrated on wealth and asset management companies. Prior to Accenture, he worked in asset management roles with Oppenheimer & Co. and Morgan Stanley. He began his career as a corporate attorney with Paul Hastings LLP, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions.
Raman earned a BS degree with university honors from Carnegie Mellon University and
a JD from the University of Southern California Law School.
