Panels

Leaders Panel - From Good to Great: How today's top FA's break through from the Industry's top leaders

What separates the advisors who build lasting legacies from those who simply have a good run? Four of the most influential leaders in US international wealth management sit down for a candid, high-stakes conversation about what it really takes to reach the top, and stay there.

Moderated by Citywire Americas, this session brings together Eric Termini (Raymond James), Steve Preskenis (Bolton Global Capital), Javier Rivero (Insigneo), and Catherine Lapadula (UBS International): executives who between them have overseen tens of billions in client assets and guided hundreds of advisors through one of the most turbulent periods in the offshore and international wealth space.

Expect unfiltered views on the habits and mindsets that define elite advisors, how client expectations have been reshaped by a more mobile and sophisticated global clientele, the evolving growth playbook in Miami, and the moment every successful producer has to decide: do I keep running a book, or do I build a business?

BOREAL - Investing Through an AI-Driven Regime Shift: Productivity Acceleration and the Limits of Linear Thinking

This session examines the risks of linear thinking in investing during structural transitions. Markets often rely on historical averages, stable correlations, and repeatable distributions, yet productivity can advance through regime shifts. Artificial Intelligence may represent the next such transition. Rather than offering short-term forecasts, the presentation proposes a framework for thinking about productivity, scarcity, diversification, and economic rents.

Jupiter Asset Management

Since Jupiter was established in 1985, we have sought to make a positive difference for our clients by helping them achieve their long-term investment objectives through high conviction, active management.
From the start we understood the need to create a distinct, entrepreneurial culture that harnessed all areas of the business in the pursuit of this goal. As a new entrant in a competitive market, we wanted our clients to experience, share and benefit from the energy and focus of a young firm, full of talented individuals, eager to distinguish itself as a trusted steward of other people’s money.
Now, many years on, we have established ourselves as a leading specialist asset manager precisely because we have retained that agility and drive as we have grown. Our value remains in our people, our ability to adapt quickly to changing markets, and in our willingness to continuously challenge ourselves to deliver the best investment outcome for clients.
