Paul Roth is a client portfolio manager for the Nuveen leveraged finance platform, focused on structured credit and CLOs. In this role he engages with clients, prospects and consultants globally.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Paul spent time as the Head of Client Growth for Citi Global Wealth Management and as the Lead Product Specialist for fixed income at AIG Investments. He spent the majority of his career at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he was the Global Head of Business Development and Product Strategy for the Credit Investments Group. Paul has been in the financial services industry since 2002.
Paul graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Alan Lee
Alan Lee is a Managing Director at Blackhorn, and an executive member of the firm’s
investment committee. Alan is primarily responsible for the management of
portfolios, and the formulation of investment strategies. He has a proven record in
Hong Kong and across Asia in the creation of value, specifically for families and
individuals, through the development and implementation of customised solutions
across multiple asset classes.
Prior to joining Blackhorn in 2022, Alan spent 15 years in banking with international
experience in wealth management and private banking spanning across Hong Kong,
Singapore, and Australia. Alan was a Director at UBS Wealth Management Hong
Kong for over 8 years before joining Blackhorn. He also worked at HSBC in
Singapore and Citi Australia in Private Banking and Wealth Management earlier in
his career.
Alan holds a Master of Business in Finance degree from the University of
Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications
from the University of New South Wales.

Franck Chen
Franck Chen, a veteran private banking professional with strong expertise in multi family offices / external asset managers business. His strength is his ability to build new business from scratch and his visionary strategy in developing the business.
Franck brings over 3 decades of industry experience to the role. In the past 4 years, he was Asia Head of Multi-Family Offices and Intermediaries at JP Morgan. Based in Singapore he is responsible for leading the business development strategy for the Multi-Family Offices and Intermediaries team in Asia.
Before joining JP Morgan, Franck was head of External Asset Managers for North Asia at Credit Suisse, where he built the bank into the leading service provider for multi-family offices and external asset managers. He has particularly strong relationships with multi-family offices that deal with APAC based clients. Prior to Credit Suisse, Franck held senior roles with CITIC Bank, Barclays Wealth Intermediary, BNP Paribas, Credit Lyonnais and Societe Generale in Asia.
Franck is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English and French and graduated from the University of Paris Dauphine in France with a Ph.D. in Management.

Kenneth Ho
Mr. Kenny Ho is a Founder and Managing Partner of Carret Private Investments, Ltd., the Hong Kong SEC registered Type
1, 4, and 9 firm. Carret Private is a renowned boutique mulit-family office providing wealth management, principal investing and corporate advisory services to select high net worth families and individuals throughout Asia. Mr. Ho has worked in the banking industry for over 25 years, the last 15 of which in private wealth management. He is recognized as one of the forefathers of wealth management’s open-architecture model and an entrepreneur who has helped to set up
two of Asia’s largest wealth management platforms - Credit Suisse and Bank Julius Baer.
Prior to Carret Private, Mr. Ho was with Julius Baer where he was one of the core regional executive board members to
establish the Asian franchise in 2006. He held various leadership positions at Julius Baer, including Deputy Global Head of
Investment Solutions Group, Head of Investment Solution Group for Asia Pacific, member of the Asia Executive Board,
and Vice Chair of the Bank’s Investment Committee. As Head of Investment Solutions Group Asia Pacific, he managed all
of the advisory, discretionary, asset management along with its wealth planning franchises. Prior to Julius Baer, Mr. Ho
was on the regional executive committee and Head of Products for Credit Suisse Hong Kong. He began his career as an
Investment Banker at Salomon Brothers. Previous to that, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. Inc.
Mr. Ho earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and
is an active participant in the Asian business community. He sits on the Board for numerous companies, including being an
active member of the Governor’s Advisory Board for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a member of
Board for the Mary Rose School, a member of the Board for the Children’s Medical Foundation and a member of the
Church Council of Christ Church Hong Kong. He is a founder and Vice Chairman of the Family Office Association of Hong
Kong. Mr. Ho has a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.
In 1984, Mr. Ho was a nominated All American in High School soccer. During his senior year, he was voted first team All-
Region, first team All-State, first team All-Conference and voted “Delaware High School Player of the Year”. Mr. Ho played Division 1 soccer at James Madison University. He was also a 2-time, All-Conference High School tennis player.

Sergio Belza
Sergio founded ANETO, an independent investment company and multi-family office licensed in Hong Kong. Lately, he founded Plantaora.com for carbon offsetting and the venture capital fund carbonera.vc. Also, he is a strategic investor in technology companies such as Marketanyware (a fintech big data company in Thailand).
He is an Associate Professor and lectures Sustainable Asset Management at different Universities in Asia, especially at the Executive MBA programs. He is also a member of the Forest Stewardship Council in Switzerland and cooperates with forest managers in South America. Academically, Sergio conducts Doctorate Research in Green Finance.
He holds a double Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Finance from the University of Barcelona and conducted graduate studies at the Harvard Kennedy School.
Fluent in five languages and an avid traveller and reader, Sergio’s passion is learning.

Adrian Zuercher
Adrian Zuercher is Head Global Asset Allocation and Co-Head Global Investment Management APAC at UBS Chief Investment office. In his Global Asset Allocation role, he is responsible for the multi-asset portfolio solutions. He co-chairs the tactical investment forum, the global portfolio construction meeting, and is a member of the global investment committee which defines the UBS CIO houseview. In his Global IM APAC capacity, he is responsible for investment fund selection, portfolio management and product development. Adrian oversees regionally discretionary and advisory mandates, investment and alternatives funds, sustainable investing and the Wealth Planning offering.
Before joining UBS, Adrian was Head of Multi-Asset Emerging Market Strategy and Global Asset Allocation at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Hong Kong and Zurich where he was responsible for multi-asset class portfolios as well as advising sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors on asset allocation. Prior to that, he was an equity fund manager in charge of Asia at VP Bank Asset Management, and a multi-asset class portfolio manager at F. van Lanschot Bankiers. Adrian holds a MSc in finance and economics from the University of Bern and is a CFA charterholder.

Edwin Chan
Edwin Chan joined iCapital in 2021 and he is Head of Client Solutions APAC, based in Hong Kong. Previously he also served as Head of Asia, where he successfully started iCapital's Asia business operation, significantly grew the business from Hong Kong and Singapore, and expanded the client franchise across APAC. He holds an MBA and a BA from the University of South Australia and is a Certified Practicing Accountant of CPA Australia.

Gabriel Chan
Gabriel is Managing Director and Head of Investment Services, Hong Kong. He is
responsible for the development and delivery of investment services and offerings to
clients in Hong Kong, as well as developing new initiatives and product ideas for local
distribution.
Gabriel has over 20 years of experience in equity research and started his career in Wealth Management in 2017. Previously, he was the Head of Equity Research, APAC of BNP Paribas Securities Asia. He worked in a number of global financial institutions, including Credit Suisse, CLSA and Standard & Poor's.
Gabriel holds both Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Economics from the Queen's University, Canada, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Stefan Lecher
Stefan leads the Investments & Wealth Solutions (IWS) team for HSBC in Asia Pacific to deliver best-in-class wealth products and solutions to clients of Wealth and Personal Banking. Stefan is responsible for the Chief Investment Office, Discretionary and Advisory mandates, Capital Markets, Funds, Alternatives and Insurance solutions in Asia Pacific.
Before joining HSBC in October 2021, Stefan has held a number of key product and investment roles within Global Wealth Management and Asset Management in UBS for close to 20 years. In his role of Head CIO Global Investment Management, Asia Pacific, Stefan had end-to-end responsibility for discretionary and advisory mandates, funds, alternatives and wealth planning, which included product development, portfolio construction and management, sales and risk management. He was also Global Head Strategist and Head of Global Investment Solutions for Asia Pacific at UBS Asset Management.
Stefan is CFA and holds a Masters from University of Zurich and a MBA from Columbia Business school.
