Delegate list

The organisers will provide sponsor with a delegate acceptance list (name and company name) in advance of the conference.

Security

The organisers will make every effort to secure the venue at all times during its lease and throughout the duration of this event, but it does not take responsibility for securing the sponsor's materials or personal effects. The organisers will make every effort to ensure that the storage area is secure but sponsors leave their materials in the venue overnight at their own risk.

Fire

All display materials must be non-flammable and adhere to the venue's fire regulations. Be aware of your surroundings. Know your means of escape and the fire exits closest to you.

Insurance

It is the responsibility of the sponsor to ensure they have comprehensive insurance for this event and for any equipment and/or materials brought into the venue. The organisers, the venue and their contractors take no responsibility for loss or damage to sponsors' equipment and effects or for any injury or damage caused to other attendees by the sponsor or his property.

Liability

The organisers and the sponsor limit their liability to each other to direct losses only and in any event to a maximum amount equal to the fees paid for sponsorship of this event or if higher the amount pay- able under their insurance policies. This section does not limit the liability of the organisers or the sponsor in respect of death or personal injury.

Code of Conduct

Sponsor and exhibitor representatives should always conduct themselves professionally throughout their attendance at the venue and act in accordance with the spirit and tone of the event. Sponsors should not distribute literature other than from their designated table space unless specifically agreed in writing in advance with the organisers.

Force majeure and other unforeseeable events

The organisers shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if the failure results from unforeseeable events, events beyond its control or due to a force majeure or act of terrorism.

Amendments

The organisers reserve the right to alter the timings and content of the programme without prior notice to sponsors but will try to provide as much notice as possible if it considers it necessary to do so.

Default

The organisers reserve the right to terminate without refund the participation of any sponsor who fails to observe or abide by these Terms and Conditions of participation.

Disputes

Any disputes will be dealt with according to English Law.
