How are delegates selected?
Delegates are initially screened using a detailed and thorough research process by Citywire to ensure that they match the criteria for the intended event. Depending on the event, those criteria include assets under management, influence, seniority, job function and so on. If a delegate accepts the invitation, they then undergo a further process of collecting detailed relevant information on their business.

Am I able to indicate which delegates I would like to attend my workshop sessions and be seated with at lunch and dinner?
Absolutely. The aim of any Citywire event is to get the right sponsors meeting with the correct delegates. To this end, a list of confirmed delegates is sent to you no later than 3 weeks before the event. You will have the opportunity to select delegates you wish to see in a workshop, at a meal or indicate which delegates might not be so relevant to see.

Will my presentation be made available after the event to those who did not attend?
Unless we are instructed otherwise, all sponsor presentations will be put onto a password protected link on the appropriate Citywire Channel website(s) after the event for all delegates who attended the event to view and download.

Can I have full contact details for the delegates before and after the event?
4 weeks prior to the event you will receive the delegate list containing the names, job titles and companies of those delegates attending. After the event, we will provide you with the full delegate list of those who attended with email addresses for you to send one follow up email.

Will I know which delegates are due to/ have attended my Workshop?
No later than 3 working days prior to event you will be sent details of those delegates attending your Workshops, lunches and dinner. In addition, this information will be on your tablet that you will receive at the beginning of the event. After the event you will receive the full delegate list with a breakdown of who was in your workshop sessions.

Can I pay for additional representatives to attend?
Yes, however this will depend on capacity at the venue for accommodation and available space at the lunches and dinners.

What is the dress code for the day and evening?
Smart casual throughout the event. By this, we mean no jeans or t-shirts.

Are Citywire booking accommodation for us?
For multi-day retreats we will be asking you to confirm your representatives who will require accommodation, as well as those attending the lunch and dinner.
