Citywire Cape Town Forum 2024

Citywire is looking forward to hosting its second annual fund selector forum in Cape Town this year – a unique opportunity for select members of the investment community to engage in person.

The half-day event will be held on 23 October 2024 at the Mount Nelson Belmond Hotel in Gardens, where a small group of delegates will engage with portfolio managers in a series of small workshops. This will offer an ideal opportunity to gain industry insight and engage in constructive debate.

Attendance is limited to ensure high-quality discussions and meaningful opportunities for delegates to network over breakfast and lunch.

Newspaper columnist and political analyst Justice Malala  will deliver the keynote address to delegates.

Malala is the author of the best-selling new book, The Plot To Save South Africa: The Week Mandela Averted Civil War and Forged a New Nation, published in Canada, the UK, the USA, and South Africa. The book reached number one on the SA best-seller list in April 2023 and was among the top five best-sellers for more than three months.

Malala is also an award-winning journalist and his work has been published in the Financial Times, Washington Post, The Guardian, Times of London, and some other local publications as well.

With best wishes,
