Anthony Gao
Anthony joined Pictet Wealth Management in 2022 in the new role as Head of Philanthropy Services Asia, based in Hong Kong. In this role, Anthony works closely with the bank’s Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners, to partner with Pictet’s greatest clients across
the region to help them and their families achieve their philanthropic aspirations.
Prior to Pictet, Anthony served as the Senior Philanthropy Advisor of the Asia Pacific Client Services team of UBS Wealth Management, where he formulated and implemented a new strategy to strengthen and expand coverage of philanthropy services in Greater China. Before that, Anthony was a Senior Program Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the world’s largest private foundation, where he formulated strategies and managed programs on public health, nutrition, agricultural development, and poverty reduction, etc. In addition, Anthony was responsible for establishing partnerships with philanthropists and supporting the charitable sector development in the region. He was also a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Shanghai, working with clients ranging from nonprofits, government agencies to multinational corporations. Anthony studied international affairs at Fudan University, before obtaining a Masters of Science in Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Arnaud Tellier
Arnaud Tellier is CEO, Asia Pacific at BNP Paribas Wealth Management and leads a regional team of over 1,100 private banking professionals across key markets in Asia.
In his role, Arnaud defines the strategic direction of the business while overseeing its day-to-day management. Arnaud is passionate about the business; his hands-on approach ensures clients and their families can better navigate ever-changing markets in Asia, and across the world.
Arnaud brings a multi-disciplinary approach to serving BNP Paribas' private banking clients, with a background in capital markets and corporate and investment banking. His efforts in transforming the Bank's offering for Asian clients saw him awarded 'Private Banker of the Year' at The Digital Banker's 2019 Global Private Banking Innovation Awards.
Arnaud has held senior management positions at BNP Paribas for more than 20 years. His most recent role was Head of Wealth Management, Singapore and Southeast Asia, He has held prior leadership roles as Regional Head of Corporate and Investment Banking, Northern & Central Europe and from 2006 to 2010, the CEO and Country Head for Greece. Arnaud was Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for Turkey from 2010 to 2013.
A Finance graduate of the French Business School, Arnaud is fluent in Spanish, French and English. A family person at heart; he is also an avid sports enthusiast and participates in triathlons with his son.

Dorothy Chan
Dorothy has over 20 years of experience working with leaders in the private, public and non-profit sectors to create solutions to catalyse sustainable development.
Prior to joining HSBC, Dorothy was Senior Manager, Corporate Responsibility, at MTR Corporation where she designed and implemented the company's corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy, and introduced a number of customer journey enhancements to meet the changing needs of the community. She also served as Secretary of the board-level Corporate Responsibility Committee.
As Group Public Affairs Manager at CLP Holdings, Dorothy led the group's energy and environment thought leadership and strategic advocacy programmes, and was a member of the board-level Sustainability Committee. During her tenure with The Clinton Foundation as Director of Commitments, Asia, she brokered cross-sector partnerships targeted at alleviating poverty, mitigating climate change, and enhancing social mobility. Dorothy started her career as a country and economic analyst with The Economist Intelligence Unit and the Asia Business Council.
In recognition for her work in integrating environmental and social consideration into managerial practices, Dorothy was selected as a First Mover Fellow by The Aspen Institute in 2013. She is a member of the International Advisory Council of The Fletcher School at Tufts University, a member of the board at the think tank Civic Exchange.
Dorothy holds a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where she was a Carl J. Gilbert Scholar. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University.

Fritz Chan
Fritz Chan is currently Managing Director & Head of BEA Private Banking. He is responsible for managing the overall private banking business at BEA and works closely with the Chief Investment Strategist, investment solutions partners, and other divisions at the Bank to provide quality and holistic wealth management services and solutions to clients across the Greater China Region.
Fritz possesses over 20 years’ experience in the financial and wealth management industry across the Asia Pacific region. Before joining BEA, Fritz held various management roles at international financial institutions such as UBS, Barclays and BNP Paribas.
Fritz graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester; a Master of Commerce from University of New South Wales in Australia; and a Bachelor of Business from University of Technology Sydney in Australia. He is also a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) in Switzerland and a Certified Private Wealth Management Professional (CPWP) in Hong Kong.

Jean Sung
Jean Sung is an executive director and the Head of Philanthropy Centre, Asia Private Bank, Hong Kong.
She is based in Hong Kong and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of giving models and structures. Jean brings experts and thought leaders together, explores trends and addresses pressing social issues on an ongoing basis to help philanthropists hear from peer groups and leverage actionable giving programs.
Jean is recognized for her ability to identify social gaps and her wealth of cross- sector and multilateral networks helps build collaborative and like-minded alliances between the private and social sectors.
She also developed and initiated country-specific needs assessments, including KPIs, budgets and timelines in response to uplift social needs. Jean was responsible for setting up J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s Philanthropy Centre in Asia and works with clients and their families to articulate their philanthropic vision, strategy and goals to bring purposes to their giving.
Prior to joining The Private Bank, Jean was Head of Global Philanthropy for J.P. Morgan Chase in Asia Pacific (2006 to 2013), managing the firm’s corporate giving in 13 Asian countries. In this role, Ms. Sung developed & implemented programs and services designed to improve livelihoods and skills at work, with a focus on economic & workforce development, financial empowerment, as well as education, health and disaster relief with non-profits and multi-lateral partners.
She serves as Board Governor and Executive Committee Member of Bai Xian Asia Institute; Executive Member of Sustainability Committee, Link REIT; Independent Director of The UWCSEA Foundation Ltd, Member of Global Wellness Institute Advisory Board and Member of the McCain Global Leaders Advisory Council.

Mario Knoepfel
Mario is the Head of Sustainable Investing Advisory for Asia-Pacific. In his role, Mario advises private wealth clients and family offices on sustainability aspects, helping them to incorporate personal values in investment portfolios across asset classes, investing with social and environmental impact through innovative public and private markets solutions and driving education and awareness efforts in the region.
Working for UBS Wealth Management since 2001, Mario moved to Hong Kong in early 2013 to establish the Hong Kong presence of the UBS Optimus Foundation. Prior, he worked for UBS Wealth Management in different positions in Zurich and Moscow with a strong focus on advising the bank's ultra-high-net-worth clients and developing this client segment strategically.
Mario is a frequent speaker on conferences and featured regularly in media in the region, sharing latest views and trends on sustainable investments and is a member of multiple industry working groups on sustainable finance.

Ming Geng
Ming Geng has over 25 years of professional experience in global health, international development, government affairs and philanthropy.
Before joining UBS, Ming held the position of Head of Corporate Affairs at Viatris Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, Greater China. Ming provided consulting for United National Development Programs as senior advisor. From 2007 to 2019, Ming served as the Deputy Director at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s China office. Ming was in charge of policy advocacy, government relations and philanthropic partnerships. She oversaw multiple programs in China, including poverty alleviation, HIV/AIDS prevention and control, tobacco control, water and sanitation, agricultural development, and a body of work supporting China’s role in health and development for the African continent.
Before her time with the Gates Foundation, she spent over 10 years in leadership and management positions in global organizations, including The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition, The Yew Chung Education Foundation, and UNICEF.
Ming holds a medical degree at the University of Norman Bethune University of Medical Sciences. Ming is a doctoral candidate of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University.

Peter Stein
Peter Stein is CEO and Managing Director of the Private Wealth Management Association, an industry association whose mission is to foster the growth and development of the private wealth management industry in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining PWMA in December 2016, Peter worked for UBS AG, where he served as Head of Regulatory Advisory & Relations, Asia Pacific and before that as Head of Group Governmental Affairs for Asia Pacific. Until 2011, Peter was a senior editor and reporter in Hong Kong with The Wall Street Journal, where he worked for more than 20 years, including as the Journal’s Hong Kong Bureau Chief and as Managing Editor of the Journal’s Asian edition. Born in New York City, he graduated with a BA in Comparative Literature from Yale University.

Stefan Lecher
Stefan leads the Investments & Wealth Solutions (IWS) team for HSBC in Asia Pacific to deliver best-in-class wealth products and solutions to clients of Wealth and Personal Banking. Stefan is responsible for the Chief Investment Office, Discretionary and Advisory mandates, Capital Markets, Funds, Alternatives and Insurance solutions in Asia-Pacific. He is a key executive committee member in HSBC's Asian Wealth stratogy where HSBC is poised to becoming the leading wealth manager in Asia in the next five years with USD3.5 billion of investment
Before joining HSBC in October 2021, Stefan has held a number of key product and investment roles within Global Wealth Management and Asset Management in UBS for close to 20 years. In his role of Head CIO Global Investment Management, Asia Pacific, Stefan had end-to-end responsibility for discretionary and advisory mandates, funds, alternatives and wealth planning, which included product development, portfolio construction and management, sales and risk management.
He was also Global Head Strategist and Head of Global Investment Solutions for Asia Pacific at UBS Asset Management.
Stefan is CFA and holds a Masters from University of Zurich and a MBA from Columbia Business school.

Vincent Chui
Vincent Chui is Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management, Asia Pacific of Morgan Stanley. He is also the Chief Executive of Morgan Stanley Bank Asia Limited, a licensed bank in Hong Kong. Prior to assuming his current role, he was the Head of Institutional Equity Distribution, Asia Pacific responsible for distribution of primary and secondary Asia equity products globally.
Vincent started his career at the Administrative Service of Hong Kong Government and remains active in public service.
Vincent holds an MBA jointly conferred by Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and HKUST Business School and a BBA (Hons) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He attended postgraduate studies on public administration at University of Oxford. He is a Member of Hong Kong Academy of Finance and a Fellow of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.

Yves Klenk is Head of Markets and Wealth Management Solutions and Head of Investment Advisory for Hong Kong at Bank Julius Baer, which he joined in 2016. Yves is responsible for further developing and expanding the execution and advisory platforms across solutions as well as growing the Investment Advisory franchise in Hong Kong. He leads a cross-product team across asset classes & product types; innovation and trends in wealth management products (eg. pricing, servicing models, digitisation) are important parts of his remit; leading the Investment Advisory team, Yves feels the pulse of the clients for their investments needs and preferences.
Yves has more than 20 years of experience in wealth management covering senior roles from Sales, Research, Chief Operating Officer and Advisory. Prior to joining Bank Julius Baer he was Head Active Advisory APAC at UBS Wealth Management and instrumental in setting up its advisory platform in Asia.
He has been living in Hong Kong since 2010. Yves holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Lausanne (HEC) and is a CAIA charterholder.

Günter Tschiderer leads business development with Private Banks in APAC and Intermediaries in Greater China for BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM). Prior to this assignment, he successfully developed fund distribution heading the Intermediary Sales teams in North and South East Asia out of Hong Kong and Singapore. Upon arrival in Asia, Günter marketed Smart Beta and Liquid Alternative investment solutions as a Sales Specialist for THEAM (BNP Paribas) across the Asia Pacific region.
Before moving to Asia in 2012, Günter was a portfolio manager in Paris, France where he had been involved in the development and management of commodity investment solutions.
Günter is a CFA charter holder and holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the University of Innsbruck, Austria and a diploma in Management from the Grenoble School of Management, France. In addition to German, his native language, he is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Martin joined as a senior analyst on the European Equities team in March 2013 and is now lead portfolio manager of the Sustainable Global Equity strategy, and co-portfolio manager of the Impact Opportunities strategy. Prior to joining, he was an investment director at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. Martin joined SWIP as a graduate and spent eight years there, with spells investing in UK, US and Japanese equities. Martin graduated from the University of St Andrews with an MA in Economics & Modern History and is a CFA charterholder. In 2015, Martin featured in Financial News’s ‘40 Under 40 Rising Stars of Asset Management’, an editorial selection of the brightest up-and-coming people in the industry.
